André wasn't very happy with the latest addition to the group..
Derek seemed to be a nice guy, but the other..
The man had a strange aura, and he didn't trust him at all..
*So how did you come to be at this hip, Zera'n?*
André had big problems pronouncing the name..

Zera'n looked up at André who had begun to crawl down the cable with him, "Your government captured me and was ferrying me to Antares to examine me, when the accident happened my cell was damaged and I was able to escape." Zera'n reached the bottom of the shaft and waited in front of the door leading from the shaft and into the cargo area. He could hear movement beyond the door, lots of it.....

Overhearing the conversaton between the Colonel and the new comer to the group, Derek reaches the bottom of the shaft. Keeping a weary eye on Zera'n he turns to the Colonel~Sir, by the sounds coming from behind that door I would guess that this is going to be ugly. Do you have any idea as to what we are about to walk into, and possibly a plan.

Zera'n charges his weapon and says, "Lots of those things, possibly a queen or leader of some sort as well, are you all ready?"

Skye Dragonhart

~One problem at a time,~ He thought as he readied himself for what awaited him. He knew only to well that if what was down there was waiting to ambush him, he would be a goner.~Sink or Swim, Do or Die, Fight the good Fight~ he thought as he fell down the hole. He looked around and saw some scraps of clothes and acid residue. He stood up perpared to fight any beast or creature, But he wasn't greeted by foul hideous monsters...

"Skye, stop where you are," A man shouted. Skye glanced up, It confirmed his worst thoughts. Nine men were standing a small ways down the corridor, each clad in a black suit, with an emblem of a snake lashing out. They each held a high powered gauss rifle, "I was wondering when we would wun into one of ScoLds operatives" he hissed, "but I didn't think they'd send YOU, especially after your last failed attempt to stop us. It almosted costed the entirety of your agency being discovered by the common public."

~It's useless to fight, not after long the battle started and they'd have swiss cheese jealous of me.~ "What do you have to do with these creatures in the bottom of the ship?" Skye yelled, his voice echoing down the empty halls.

"Well, nothing actually, it was just a lucky break for us, now most of the guards are dead or busy, the captains unnacounted for, Why hell! You may as well have just gave us the ship!" he laughed briefly. "We were sent down here to dispose, of the creatures seeing as to how, we have already taken sontrol of the ship." he smirked," and do you know what Skye? your going to help us get rid of them,"

~I have no choice, Otherwise they'll kill me,~ "Alright I'll come with you" he said raising his hands in the air.

"That's better... but dont get any funny idea's, there are at least 50 of us in the above floors, mixed with passengers, you'd never make it. So dont try anything stupid," He said laughing coldly as we walked towards the elevator...

Still slightly apprehensive, Derek nods his agreement and checks his rifle.~What the hell, I guess it's now or never. Let's waste this thing!

"Very well then," Zera'n shifted slightly to give himself an exoskeleton for protection and then blasted the door to metal splinters. He rolled through the hole where the door had been a moment before and fired at various shapes that might have been foes inside, he then threw himself to the left to allow the others to get through the hole as well.

Suddenly his psychic senses picked up something that wasn't these things nearby, ten mental signatures in all, one of them seemed to be different from the others somehow, possibly a prisoner or leader, they were approaching quickly......

Skye yelled as the leader jerked him around the corner, the came down another corridor."I told you let go!" ~Maybe I can escape while they kill the crea...~ They had turned the corner and the elevator stood there in front of it stood a group of mercanaries. ~I wonder who's they are~ He thought to himself.

Following Zera'n's lead Derek waits till he clears the door then dives in firing at the dim shapes ahead of him. Having his rifle on full auto he hits the ground, rolls to the right of the door and continues to fire from the prone position. He continues laying down a deadly field of fire so that the others will be able to get through the door safely.~Die you bastards.

Zera'n saw the group of ten enter the room, one of them was, as he'd thought a prisoner, while the others looked to be mercenaries or some such thing, one of the mercenaries was slaughtered by the things that jumped out of the vents and the others starting shooting at the creatures.
