Adam,
Go to the matinee showings! That's what I do...2.50 to 5.00 depending on the cinema and I never feel like I got ripped off if I don't like the movie!

CyberPixie, Life Is Beautiful! My son recommended that movie to me and we thoroughly enjoyed it! It was wonderful!

adding new additions to my ever growing list...thanks guys!

Hmmm...tough one. I'd have to say:

  • Gladiator
  • The Matrix
  • Braveheart
  • A Few Good Men
  • Silence of the Lambs
  • Memphis Belle (I think that's the name...American bomber crew stationed in the UK during WW2.)
  • Hands down...best movie I've ever seen is, Saving Private Ryan. You cannot (if you're an American *or* knowledgeable about WWII) see that movie and not have gained a new found respect for our veterans. Whew! What a tearjerker![/list]------------------

Now where did I leave that doughnut?!

I agree..... at the first 15 minutes of the movie, I felt that I was actually there! I found myself dodging the bullets!
