Is Kuroisan hounding me from beyond the grave?

I used Celestial Fury to lure Kuriosan to my assassin's party after defeating the Guarded Compound - only to learn that my party was just no match for him at that time. After several tries, I finally cheated and just used "CNTRL Y" on him. I got all his stuff (including ALL of his "Protection from Magic Weapons" scrolls) and the Sanchu sword. Then, a bit later in the game, Kuriosan spawned again. I was able to beat him legitimately this time and get a second Sanchu sword - but I doubt he will be showing up anymore.

But apparantly he does spawn again if you use "CNTRL Y" on him (just some FYI for all you cheese lovers out there).
