This leads to several cheesy combinations of the Regeneration spell and (Imporved) Haste.
Although that's a bit odd--My character's in ToB now, a Half-Orc Barbarian I imported from BG1, who has 23 CON naturally, with another point of CON from the AoU. He regenerates 7 hp per round, which is quite nice, but when I did the math, I subtracted out the Ring of Gaxx, the Ring of Preservation+2, and the AoU, he's actually only getting 1 hp/round due solely to his CON. Since he's been permanently Hasted for about 2 months now, shouldn't he actually be getting 14 hp/round?

He started out as a Human Fighter.
In Gatekeeper, I applied the Half-Orc's stat variations: +1 to STR, +1 to CON, -1 to INT, -2 to CHA. As the Saving Throws and Thieving bonuses are exactly the same, the result is the same as a legitimate Half-Orc.
Every time he gained a level, I hacked him an additional 2 hitpoints. In the game, I never allowed him to wear any type of Plate Armor, or put more than 2 points into any weapon. I didn't bother giving him some kind of Enrage ability.

Sounds fair to me.

Funny that, but it's exactly what I'm doing at the mo in my MP game. I don't see any problem with it.
Except that Half-Orc's have a -2 INT modifier and no CHA modifier in BG2 Did you apply the physical damage resistances at levels 10, 15 and 19? If not your missing out...
