Given those options, LotR wins by a mile for me, but there are other notable contenders out there that will make it very hard, if not impossible to determine with certainty, which movie themesong is the best of them all.

Although I LOVE LOTR, I must say I voted for Harry Potter. The music just seemed to capture the mood of that story more than the LOTR music. I almost voted for "other." Stargate probably has the best-fitting theme song I've ever heard for a movie.
