Already have one... I should try to visit Adventurers's Mart - the storekeeper always casts True sight if I am invis. We'll see what will he do with THAT combo?

The funniest moment I have had in SoA was the encounter with the spectator beholder. All who have already met him know what I mean when I say: "BOO!"

I was fighting Illasera with my solo sorcerer. I had 14 hit points, she was badly injured. I was stupid enough to cast delayed blast fireball just between us. But I had the amulet of power (5% magic resistance) - and it blocked the spell! Illasera, of course wasn't so lucky

Hello,
well the Spectator beholder was funny in both appearances. I thought that the adventurer party in Abizagal's lair of Lycanth the Mad were great. Another time I was having a real problem with one of the liches - kept getting creamed and plastered, and rather Imprisoned. Then, I sent Minsc in alone, had him go beserk, and voila, easy victory time (duh!).

I think that the funniest thing in BG II for me was the Jan "terminal illness" dialoge. I nearly fell out of my chair I was laughing so hard. Minsc... well... he's a bit thick.

I had few fun moments, but need to recall them.. Anyway, one of them was with the vamp and the Azuredge axe, which can kill an undead with a single hit. Basically, strolling at night on streets of Amn, looking for troubl... err. vamps for easy XP, I stumbled upon a small "convention", where a vamp tried to sweet-talk some shadow thieves to join them. Thief said no and the vamp charmed it, then saw me and said something a la "Deal with them, I have to go", basically sent the thief at me and itself tried to run away. I quickly paused the game and forced my main char to throw that axe at the vamp. I wasn't sure that it will kill it, because it's sometimes way too random - i.e. smacks some mummy flat out down, and then I kill 20 skeletons at once and it doesn't affect any of them...

Anyway, vamp dissapeared into "fog of war" and shortly the axe dissapeared into the same direction. Thief died, and suddely I hear that "plop!" sound and XP rolls in! I ran the way the vamp went and saw it lying on ground, as dead as it can be, quite ways away. I guess that the poor sucker was running away, cackling while thinking "how good she is", then turned around to see how her "brilliant scheme" is working out, and last thing she saw was the Azuredge hitting her between the eyes. Loved the axe even more after that, and it worked well in further future too. Just funny to hear some vamp brag about something, then charge me, and then thwack! Fall down dead, even no smoke puff coming out of it. I think I killed the Tassadar (or whatever was the name of that "boss" vamp, before you fight Bodhi) like that - he spoke to me, and went on and on, then he said "Die!", I threw the axe and blam! He was dead.

Most funny when those pesky liches, dragons or Irenicus himself babble how strong they are how quickly I will die.

The moment after they finish their talk and turn red, they are dead and don't even know how it happened to them.

One should never underestimate the trap laying ability of a Bounty Hunter!!!
