I agree the place where you land after using the teleport rod is awesome. I think prettiest place in game. I just hate the place lol.

I don't know why I hate Un'Goro, I just hate it.

I didn't aim for gear in instances until the 60 ones. I just bought off the AH, and slowly got rid as more Beaststalker dropped. Still after the gloves, leggings and cap *mutters*.

Those Undead are amazing to grind. Die so quickly, spawn so quickly, they are spaced out so you get one at a time only.

Yeah I don't like Maraudon much either, maybe it's the slimes or maybe it's the spores...

DM gets my vote for best looking instance. That, and stratholme dead.

Un'Goro is very isolated and has that jungle feel to it like STV does (prehistoric is what they we're going for). I disliked both at first but they grew on me. I won't say Un'goro is very solo-friendly though, with all the wandering elites and spawns. Still, I fondly remember the days atop that volcanic mountain...

If your looking for a Decent grind spot from 52-60, juts go to Western Plague lands. There are these 4 different fields with undead all over them. Each field has a level range,so you can grind there all the way to 60. The first field has lvls 51/52, the next 54/55 and the final feld has 56/58. Thats where i grinded my last 7 levels, it gives a good amount of silver and TONS of runecloth drop and a goodly amount of greens. Oh and i found 3 travelers backpacks in the same field in the week i was grinding there.
Gl with grinding, its like work (You just have to do it )

Maraudon is way hard until you know the tricks. The first time you're there, you've already been grinding the elementals outside the entrance and killing Kahns for quests. Then you have to renew all those vines inside, which takes forever, has annoying little fights, and can be deadly if you get a wandering centaur add. Then you run across the first slimes and they toast your butt, wiping your party a time or two with thier crazy aoe. Then some fighter gets pissed that his gear is busted, and quits. Then you learn some things. You learn you can reset the instance and just do the first 3-4 vines to cap that quest. Then you learn how to kite the slugs, you convince your warriors to only use their guns and bows, and it goes much more smoothly.

But, yes, that first time or two in, you're like "what a wretched place."

You know, I'm not fond of the jungles and swamps in the game. I don't think I did one single quest in STV. With all the level ranges and tightness of the area, it just doesn't appeal to me at all. Swamp of sorrows is also a place where I went for a few isolated things, but that's it. I did Sunken Temple last night for the 2nd time, but still haven't gotten one single quest there. Un'goro looks a bit less annoying, in part because it's not so large. Getting to, and traveling through, Tanaris is annoying though.

STV was way to big, but it is really a nice area. Booty Bay is great for alliance-horde roleplay.

Especially in 1.10 when snow and rain are added, rain in STV will be so cool!

As long as it doesn't add any lag, it's all cool.

Okay, MORE HELP Please

I was checking a game guide on IGN that details level 52-60 quest strings leading up to the end game. I saw that some quests, notably the Nathonos Blightcaller chain, are listed as level 62 and/or level 62+. What does this mean? I thought level 60 was the highest.

Also, generally what's the difference between the quest levels and the level you have to be to do the quest? I don't care to know the quest levels, just the required character levels, so why does the game make this stupid and confusing distinction?
