the game doesn't cheat. it merely doesn't play fair. Like Draconis being able to go undetectably invisible at will, summon infinite invisible stalkers, and be totally immune to death magic. But then again, you can take advantage of game stuff, too. (i once killed Dierex after he had "Banishment"ed me, and i had lost control of the game. Jarlaxle told me to go kill him afterwards. i didn't bother to correct him. Easiest lich fight in the whole game. )
