...no, all i wanted to say is : try to gather information from more than your own side and than - decide. If the opposing site states something its always 'propaganda' if your own side does it's the 'truth'. I know its hard to lay hands on pure FACTs but sometimes you manage to read between the lines...

Bush as a person doesn’t matter, he is simply a tool for the rich, and through his actions the will of Americas governing class is enacted. Large donations and advisors are the real power behind the throne. As long as this situation continues such people will hold power.

quote: Yep, you got that right. Sadly, that happens in most modern countries. Basically, democracy is only a shitty way to cheat people into believing they have the power, when in reality its the enterprises that fund the expensive campaigns of would be presidents that hold the real power. Argentina, Spain, US, Germany, and almost every democracy in the western world is like that. Of course, they have the invaluable help from the leeches in the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and other organisms that help further the gap between the rich and poor nations. The foreign debt, endorsed by them and bought by dishonest businessman looking to profit from the misery and pain of others, is a heavy stone on the shoulders of 3rd world countries. Until people realize this, and start electing governments that are loyal to the them, instead of foreign interests, nothing is going to change.

By the way, many people of the world dealt with the Nazi's prior to WWII because....they were the government of Germany. While people knew they were doing evil things during the war, prior to the war they seemed no worse than any other nation. Timeline is important in this argument because the Allies didn't know the true evil of the Nazi's until the first concentration camp was liberated. We knew, especially the Soviets, of German brutality, but the degree and magnitude was unknown until we could see it for ourselves.
Unless you are implying Grampa Bush dealt with the Nazi's during the war, the statement is immaterial. As to independant news sources, there is nothing wrong with looking at them and considering their point and information, but to choose them as a primary source would leave you woefully misinformed. If you look hard enough, you can find an article to support every possible point of view up to, and including that Osama is God, but are all of these articles fact and news reporting or are they editorialized sensationalistic reporting.
