i'm pretty sure that's not an excisting language, looks like mumbojumbo to me. At first it looked like a mix of scandinavian and latin, but then again, that doesn't make any sense, i think someone is pulling your leg.

Your best bet is to put each word through a translator like babbelfish.com, like Charean suggests, one at a time. Most likely each word is in a different language; a friend of mine and I did stuff like that back in high school. It doesn't look like any simple shift-cypher, either. You might also try really slurring the pronounciation to see if these approximate real words.

Looks like it could be Dutch though I'm not an expert. It also looks like there is some latin thrwon in.

The problem really is: Are the words spelled correctly??? If not then language databases online would have a hard time discerning what langauge it is in order to translate it.

Ya stumped me.
