I neither know nor care who Michael Gough is, but I know for a fact that the Jonny you and I know and love is none other than David Warner, who played Evil in the movie Time Bandits.

Maybe Michael Gough did an initial set of recordings, but when David Warner signed on they dropped Gough and used Warner instead.
