Meh, Johnny, those particular ingredients aren't hard to find...Columbine and Lavendar will do it...and I've found plenty of them. Both can be found right outside of Skingrad.

I haven't fed yet, so his infamy rating is still at 0 AFAIK. But he's looking like an advertisement for anorexia awareness! Death on a diet! I haven't noticed any stat drops yet, but i'm wondering how long my Blade can keep this up without starving to death. He looks terrible.

Thanks for the link, but it's reached the stage where it's almost unplayable. With an inventory full of broken stuff, no house to drop it in, nobody who'll provide services, and severely restricted travel options. I'm thinking about looking for a list of console commands to end this instantly.

Just so you know, there's also a ring that allows you to toggle between vampirism, and humananity. If you want blood fast, check the chest from the Dark Brotherhood guy that gives you orders, there's four potions with human blood inthere, which should help on you on your feet again.

Thanks heaps for the advice, johnny. But the whole vamp thing has put me out of sorts. I'll cheat it away this time, and make damn sure i check my stats after encountering them with any other characters i make. Until such time as i WANT to be one.

This whole thing could've been avoided with a simple pop-up box (the type you have to click on) saying "You've got Porphyric Haemophylia. Drink a potion before you sleep or else you're screwed." Just as it was in Morrowind.

Erm... I got vampirism too, but just to clarify, if I cure it then I can't get it again when I want it??? It could be fun in the future but I haven't even closedthe first oblivion gate yet! the only advantage being the added weight limit from increased strength...

Can any one tell me whether curing it will reduce my stats back to their original values or do get to keep being super - lvl 7 - man?

Cheers.

Like i said, as far as i know, curing vampirism is permanent, no vampire could infect you ever again, but this i don't know 100% for certain.

And yes, the stats will drop back to the point they were before you turned into a vampire.
