Yes, it's Andúril, made from the fragments of Nasril... that isildur took up and sliced of Saurons fingers... [img]smile.gif[/img]

This looks absolutely splendid. A lot of people have praised Viggo Mortensen's portrayal of Aragorn the Ranger, but have had doubts over whether he can pull off Aragorn the King. I reckon he's gonna do it. [img]smile.gif[/img]

There was almost nothing I didn't 'recognise' from the books in that trailer. That's an intriguing thought.

Saw it saturday before Secondhand Lions (a great movie BTW)... and we weren't expecting it so it was an awesome surprise. After it was over my wife said "Ok, we can leave now" [img]smile.gif[/img] .

I don't know what we're going to have to look forward to once ROTK and the Extended DVD are out, it'll almost be sad... three years of expectation for some of the best movies I've ever seen. I guess we'll have to start nagging that gang to do The Hobbit.

Oh and of course that King Kong Movie PJ is making... I hear he's making it into a 3 movie deal.
