I apologise for sounding confused, it is my own fault for having two IW windows open at once, and reading two posts at the same time.
I know Half-ling's can't dual, it's just for somereason I wrote human. Then i just read it off. My fault completely, and I know the manual back to front. So don't tell me I need to read it again.

I usually play a thief up to level 10 - then dual. That makes for a great character, you have a decent thief and yet you can advance as far as you like as a mage.
