IH is Improved Haste... or atleast thats what i was talking about. And i cant see the guard cheese fix in the text associated with the baldurdash fixpack either. It should still work.

Ah, right! Silly me! Boots of Speed could work as well couldn't they?
Guard trick still works? I'll have to try this...

Heal by pain.

Boost your tank's resistance(s) beyond 100%.

Boots of speed dont make your attacks any faster do they? I'm not sure as i havent played in almost 6 months!!!

And yes, healing by pain works too. Easily done with fire resistance at 100%+, then fireball your warrior.

Yeah, but haste, improved haste, fireball all requires a mage or sorc (or wand for fireball). Heal by pain is a good tactic I like. Max is 127% so a fireball won't heal much anyway. Cleric can do some fire damage so that would work.

I don't think clerics, thieves or fighter classes can cast dragonbreath. Not sure now. Either way it doesn't matter. Dragonbreath cast from one of your party members doesn't hurt the party. Make sure they are dominated by an enemy first or something.

Meteor storm would be nice. Keep the monsters at bay with fighter who gets healed by the meteors, while the storm at the same time hurts the monsters.

What if it was Dragon's Breath from a Dragon? Healing from pain is usually caused by the enemy, especially on Insane Difficulty. Additionally, this also applies to Physical Damage.

Yes... a person can clobber you with a Flail and you will miraculously heal if you have more than 100% Crushing Damage Resistance. No, I do not understand the logic, and it would probably be for the best if you try not to.

Boots of Speed will only round half-attacks up. It will not add to your ApR.

I managed to get 70% crushing damage resistance. Of course you probably know a way to get more.

But this is fixed with baldurdash patch right?
