According to their .chr files Gorion is a level 9 pure mage and Sarevok is a level 15 pure fighter. Interesting, though, that for the sections on Character Control that display each class of a dual or multiclass character (up to three possible classes--i.e., and elf can be a F/M/T), Gorion is 9/1/1 and Sarevok is 15/30/1. So the developers must have given them both some extra something or other. Gorion does cast cure light wounds on your main character in the Prologue, and I wondered if he might be a cleric dualed to mage. But again, it just says pure mage. And on the character record screen, IIRC, his Cure lights is not a special ability.

The Surgeon also casts Cure Light Wounds and yet looks like a Mage. He does it a bunch of times, too (I think 7), so he should be at least Level 5 as a Cleric or something. (If you Multi- or Dual-class a character, I say you should have the option to decide which class you want to look like.)

Am i the only one who knows this (not to be mean or insultive), but he casts it so when the fight with Sarevok happens, Tomako doesn't kill you with her flame arrow. Its just scripting. THough Gorion will say this "I cannot tarry about with idle conversation, as a knight, there are many things to look after" so i guess he's everything. Bush looks like a monkey, not to get off topic, but he is really bad. Anyway, I know how to deform the fight so you die, but i won't say how. Here's a hint :Haste+daytime+Good timing with Gorion=death at Sarevok fight.

Perhaps you leave early? Or perhaps you leave really late after a sleep?
