Silly me i guess.but heres the problem, i dont see lassal anywhere.

im quite sure that when u meet lassal downstairs (in the northern right room), he'll ask u to meet him at the edge of the room of blood and blades.

How it's supposed to work:

Haz's Flesh Golem will open the blue stone doors & disappear
You go in & start kicking Undead booty
When you enter Lassal's sight range, he says "Dare you approch the inner sanctum? I think not!" & disappears down a flight of stairs
Kick some more vampire booty, including Tanova and (I think) Hareishan
Go downstairs, defeat some more Vampires & Grimwarders
Open the door to the northeast, find Lassal. He says, "You may have survived one trap but blah blah blah....meet me upstairs in the room of blood and blades."
Go back upstairs, go through the room of pain & kill Lassal (The spikes never hit *HIM*, annoyingly enough)
After a named vampire dies, its coffin can be staked. Lassal, Tanova, and Hareishan must all be staked before Mistress Bodhi will appear. (Apparently, she wants to make sure that you've destroyed her entire guild before she'll step in to help out.)

does any one else remember Hareishan from bg1? she was a mage in the cloakwood mines. probably not the same one(was Hareishan the mage vamp?), but once again shows that the makers dont always bother thinking up new names(sendai was a human fighter from bg1 as well).

Maybe Hareishan and Senday are common names in the Forgotten Realms?
I don't see people complaining about the real world just because some people share the same name now and then .
(Well I see people complaining about George Bush and his father but that is not mainly about their name)

Yep, certain names got recycled. Brennan Risling used to be Commoner in BG City, Centeol in the Cloakwood foreshadows a reference to Jon Irenicus, and the owner of Sorcerous Sundries (well, his name, anyway) makes an appearance in Improved Gromnir (in ToB).
