If you have the Bonus Merchants Patch, downloadable from e.g. Baldurdash, then you should have them both - Deidre in the Adventurer's Mart, and Joluv in or right outside the Copper Coronet.
If you have the Pre-Order version of BG2 or Throne of Bhaal, you can only find Deidre.
