I used Infinity Explorer to extract those animations to .gif files. Then i used a Gif animater to join them together. I have more animations on my site right here. I think the bone golem animations look pretty cool as well.

i'm at the barred door in the bridge district. i've jen,imoen,minsc,jaharia and fighter me. the rougue stone is in my pocket but HOW DO I GET IN ?

More specifically, the Rogue Stone is used to activate the portal that resides behind the locked door. Therefore you must first Lockpick (thief-skill), or Knock (mage-spell) or, if possible, Bash (high STR requirement) the door open. *Then* U can use the Rogue Stone.
