Hmmmm. Moiraine I don't think that came out quite right...
I was meaning that you speak English very well, and aside from the fact that you are communicating in a second language as well as if it were your first - the personality and warmth is conveyed superbly.

It's 9am and I still haven't been to sleep yet. Besides my body clock being all screwed up, I got back from a gig up the north coast of New South Wales a little earlier.

Better get some sleep I guess.

I really dont think my name is that hard to figure out where i got it if your fimalir with fantasy in anyway. Because just about everything in the fantasy books and games now where inspired by Tolken. I also have always been interested with dragons

Well 'bocaj' sounded alien. Unlike any culture I'd heard. Just say my pseudo was:
'hguh'

Very nicely put Yorick. Hey you can help me pick a new signature. I made another topic asking for opinions on what my new signature for my new name should be. Take a look.

Yorick - The post (I think) Charlie was referring to was "Useless Items" waaay back on page 4 now.

H'tiek Ogreslayer - No doubt go get it, you won't regret it. Hey, I'm a poet and don't even know it!

I think our Moiraine is asleep right now as it is getting late in France.

I've noticed Memnoch hasn't joined this thread since starting (hmmm) it. Perhaps it was my calling him a thief. I didn't mean anything by it Memnoch!! Where are you buddy?? BTW, someone needs to continue this thread on a fresh post as this one is getting huge. There are still many who haven't replied yet. I'd do it myself but when I try to start a thread I don't get any responses. Popular names like Memnoch, Rikard, Yorick, Armisael, etc. always seem to hit pay dirt. Anyway, SOMEONE please do it. This is becoming the thread of the century here, I love it!

Since my name came under recent scrutiny I will divulge its origins..

In many of the first-person shooters, to 'gibb' means to kill, obliterate, destroy, mangle, etc..
Meister is the obvious 'master' in German.

So my name means Master Gibber ( which is better than being a Master Baiter ).

Dorky, I know but I was pressed for time..

Typical of my timing: waaaay too late to be of importance or noticed.

My name is self explanatory. The "Idiot" part is because I'm farly new to RPG, don't know guana from granola when it comes to D&D or AD&D (have no clue as to the difference) and know just enough about computers to get myself (and system) in worlds of trouble. The "Rogue" is just an attitude. I always say and do what I believe is right without regard to what others may think. Never worried about my reputation or being politically correct. "Live and let live," so long as you don't screw anyone...

BTW, if you haven't tried it yet, give Minsc Lilacor and listen to the dialogue during battle. Lost count of the number of times my character died because I was laughing so hard that I couldn't coordinate the fight. Maybe it's only hilarious if you play on little sleep (like Benny Hill).

Ladywendy , I'm here, checking it every day, smiling at how the threads of conversation snake back and forth, here and there, but one thing remains consistent through it all - you can read smiles on people faces from their responses!! This is how great this board and the community are. If this had been posted on other boards we would've been all shot down in flames for going so off topic but here, we're all leveraging experiences and insights from each other. It's almost like a chat room! And I do like your name, it reminds me of ladyhawke!!!! Of course you'd get responses! You could start a topic on fantasy books!

Drake, I've got an animated GIF of a little fairy dragon, if you're interested. Looks kind of cute

Hey IdiotRogue, I noticed, seeing as your post was just above mine. No such thing as late timing!
