I dislike combat!!
1.Enemies numbers are double to triple times to party numbers.
2.Combat time is too long, that is 10 to 20 minutes, but experience points is too low.
3.Retreat cannot be able, and END combat icon is unusable.
4.Enemies HP is double to triple times to party members HP.

With respect, if you dislike combat, why did you buy the game? CRPGs are full of combat, usually in medieval or futuristic gear. If you want a game with very little combat, I recommend any of the pretty damn good strategy games that have come out over the past year--like Patrician II, Rollercoaster Tycoon, Monopoly Tycoon, Car Tycoon, Airline Tycoon, etc.

Try right clicking on them, if you have high enough mythology you will know their weak points: If half of them is insane and the other half asleep,... life is much easier.

I dislike combat!!

It takes some getting used to - but if you hate waiting, take it off turn based, and make it real time, so everything keeps moving no matter what.

1.Enemies numbers are double to triple times to party numbers.

Wait until you get larger spells (sleep, fireball, iceball, asphyxiation, etc) - you will see a group of 20 monsters suddenly cut down to 8 in one round.

2.Combat time is too long, that is 10 to 20 minutes, but experience points is too low.

Like I said above, put it to real time, so everything keeps moving during combat. (Be warned, if you don't do anything and have your finger up your nose, the enemy isn't going to care and continue to beat the snot out of you)

3.Retreat cannot be able, and END combat icon is unusable.

I have not tried retreat (I stand and live or stand and die, and simply restore if I do die - well, until I got resurrection. Now I am one fearless little punk). And END COMBAT is usable - but you can't just end combat when there's brigands around you. END COMBAT is mostly for when you accidently trigger combat on an NPC. Say, you're talking to the banker, and accidently hit the COMBAT button - technically there'd be NO WAY to end other than kill her or restore your game. Click END COMBAT allows you to recover from this, and simply ends combat as long as you don't strike them.

4.Enemies HP is double to triple times to party members HP.

Again, wait till you get some spells that will rock their world.

It's not an "EASY" game (unless you put it on easy mode, you may wanna try that) - it's a game full of challenges! It's the final game for the Wizardry series - don't look for it to be a push over!

High hit points and number of opponents, is much less a concern than high AC and high resistance IMHO.

Anyway one must adapt to the enemy. If he uses ranged attack, get up missle shiled. If he is a firebreather get up element shield. If he has low mental defense turn him insane. If he only has melee attack engage him from afar. If he has high AC, armormelt him... and so on...

The other thing to do is getting your characters good weapons, equipping your lord with Bloodlust and your fighter with Fang doubles their effectiveness, at least.

Using the environment can also make things easier: Fighting in doorways, corridors or with your back to a house or a cliff can avoid a lot of trouble.

Finally, the game being non linear you can end up in places where the mobs are simply too strong, so if everything else fails go back to other areas you know well to gain a couple of levels, before giving it another try.

Hope it helps, if not try posting your party composition and the area/opponents you are having trouble with, we might be able to give you more specific help.

As well as making the combat continuous, you can also go into the game options and speed up:

the movements of the enemy mobs (makes a big difference in large battles)

and the speed of the attacks
