Because I didn't feel like resurrecting the other one, in which the last post was before the movie hit the theatres.

I saw it tonight, and I thought it was decent. Halfway clever, rather cheesy script, and reasonably well acted. The whole is more than the sum of the parts. ::groan::

Sean Bean was excellent; he had a much greater role here than he had in Troy or LotR. Nic Cage was suitable as well. It also doesn't hurt that Diane Kruger (Troy) is HOT, HOT, HOT.

Agreed all around Aerich. It's just a good fun movie.

Which one's Sean Bean? Funny guy who can't drive a stick?

Sean Bean was the lead bad guy with the cool accent. Also recognizable as Boromir from LotR and Odysseus from Troy; not that he was really more than an afterthought in either movie.

Ah I know who you're talking about now. He had a good presence as Boromir, but I don't recall Odysseus in Troy.

By the way, I liked the funny sidekick guy. Reminds me of Mo Rocca.

Well I was thinking of going to this movie on Saturday. But not to sure if I want to take out a loan just to see this movie. Looks like I will have to flip a coin to decide.

I really liked this movie.
It was good for a change, not constant killing and blood, not boring either. Comic relief was well placed, and wasn't overdone, while i'm no that subject, did the comic relief in LOTR annoy anyone? personally i hated it.
anyway back on topic, I liked this movie, not spectacular, but still pretty good.

I liked it also. Thought there was some cheesy or "hollywoody" moments which wre a bit irritating but overall was pretty good.

I'm just coming back from seeing it.

I liked it, it wasn't too exaggerated.
