1. The two black guys doing their philisophical debating and arguing. (The rat vs/ mouse).
2. Michael Jackson scene, especially where he was held out the window and Charlie Sheen says, "How do you like it?"
3. The entire rap-off scene
4. The attempt at ressurrection of the dead teacher.

I am sure there are more, but these were really good.

The Wayans are not involved with the third installment. The guy who did Airplane! is the director.

Question Mark

I haven't seen the third one, but belle and I saw the first two. If the third one is anything like the first two, we will definitely see it. I don't remember the last time I had ever laughed so hard at a movie!

Personally I thought the first two were basically (for want of another word) stupid - especially part one. I mean c'mon, since when is seeing a guy in a Scream mask smoking some green considered humourous? Are people really that lacking in IQ to stand there in absolute knots of glee and joy? Apparently so, since I remember looking around the theatre amongst the guffaws and laughter and noting that the majority of those laughing were young teens.

I don't know what has happend to comedy but it ain't good.

Scary movie 3 wasnt that good, i'd give it a C. But I had 7 fav parts.

1. For some reason this made me laugh. When cindy leaves with cody from the daycare, and they shut the door, some weird stuff is thrown at the wall. Then, the daycare friend yells "alright, now who the F*ck did that?" I just cracked up.
2. The trying to resurect the teacher seen, hilarious.
3. Matrix Architect spoof, especially linda the chair!
4. The dead in a bed discussion. "Man, thats some serious quantom shit right there bro!"
5. Rap scene, then the KKK hood part.
6. All the times cody gets smacked by the cars.
7. When the ring girl comes out of the tv and fights the teacher. "Cindy, The T.V. is leaking again." "Cindy, this bitch is messing up my floor" followed by her sitting down on the chair, stuffing popcorn into her mouth, while the ring girl is advancing towards her. Then comes the hilarious fight scene.

I am severly pissed that they took out this scene that was in the previews. "What the hell are you doing?" "I am, prophesizing" "Well I'm prophezizing my foot halfway up your ass"

spiritwarrior - i work in a consulting firm filled with extremely intelligent, highly energetic people. when interviewing, i was told "we are seeking people who like difficult puzzles and bad jokes".

the point being that, in spite of what should be an inverse correlation between humour and intelligence, it is sometimes the case that the most banal humour is the funniest to smart people.

perhaps this is an exception, but considering that many intelligent people enjoyed scary movie, you'd have to admit your generalisation is more a reflection of your opinion of the film than an accurate portrayal of smart people everywhere

secretmaster - it's interesting you say that you didnt enjoy it. in spite of my earlier comments, i read a review this weekend in which they said 3 was a huge letdown compared to the first 2. i wonder if that's because the wayans moved on...
