I have and I would say it's okay
Some books made me laugh, some were a bit...hmmmm, average.

the first 2-3 i enjoyed, but after that i was just reading to finish the series, thank heavens i stopped when i did, I've heard the new Xanth series is good, but i've noticed Piers Anthony tends to have good ideas for the first book or two and then lose interest or just run out of ideas and fill in the holes with sex.

I find most Piers Anthony's work is targetted at the hormonal adolescent demographic. While the Xanth series was fun to read back when I was 13, I've since moved on to reading other stuff.

Yep! Great reads! I used the name 'Bink' in many RPG PnP games-- until they screwed it up.

I liked the first couple Xanth books.First 3 or 4.

Really liked the Blue Adept series though. Of course these are all books I read years ago.... And they were/are geared a bit twords younger readers. A fun re-read for a boring day though.

I quite liked them - I read three. Question Quest, Golem in the Gears and Castle Roogna. I found them quite enjoyable although the constant puns did get annoying sometimes. I've had a few other Xanth novels out from the library, but I never really got into them like the first three I read, so I forgot about the series. There were some interesting concepts in the series, too. Hmmm... maybe I should get some more out and try to read them

I enjoyed the Xanth novels back in college... okay, so maybe I was a little older than the demographic, but I still had the hormones

Enjoyed them, largely because of the puns. I'm twisted that way...

I enjoyed the Adept series and the Incarnations of Immortality. I couldn't get into the Bio of a Space Tyrant stuff -- too much graphic focus on violence and sex. I mean, do I really need five pages to describe a rape scene? Puh-lease! And another three or four similar scenes in the next few chapters? Too much.

And Z, I don't remember Aahz from Piers Anthony. Could just be faulty memory. I do remember it from Robert Asprin's Skeeve books, though...
