Well, I've followed Lav's advice and apply to 2 guilds that are a +8gmt raiding guild. One flatly ignored me (a t6 raiding guild) and the other (a t5/t6 raiding guild but is in mid of rebuidling themselves) invited me as soon as I come knocking the door.

I found out about the 2 guild by staring at the annoying trade chat for some time. Imagine that.

This is exactly the problem with raiding, laziness and lack of dedication. Raiding is hard. Sometimes you even have to not stand in the fire. It takes work to coordinate all this not standing in the fire, and patience to allow 24 other retards to learn as well.

BTW what's with this upstart rogue impinging on my intellectual property rights to the name Ingafel?

Don't be too happy yet. The guild had a major drama which forced many people to either quit the game or switch to other guilds. So right now it's in rebuilding stage and have no raid leader at the moment.

The guild is up to 5/6 ssc 1/4 tk 2/5 mh before the drama. At least that is better than my last casual guild who had to pug for their kara.

I've been up to VR. No T5 items to show for it because of the extreme dkp (more like officer get items first). Oh, this was not with the casual guild, this was with another raid guild.

I gave up the T5s from Void because unfortunately my Swiftstrike shoulders were better.

Swiftstrike shoulder is better, which is one of the reason I would consider switching from herbalism to leatherworking.

However, you should still get the T5 shoulder just in case you got 3 other T5 items for the 4 piece T5 set bonus.

Also, if you are looking to join a T6 raiding guild, They'll be looking to see whether you have any T5 items on you. Crafted/badge items don't count.
