I saw this avatar on another board, and some spark of memory from my childhood was lit... but for the life of me I can't remember from what cartoon it's from, I'm leaning towards The Real Ghostbusters but I'm not sure... anyway, does someone else remember it

I googled Shredder off Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtes ('cause I remember that name) and wikipedia came up, and that's what it said.
