I'm going to install BG2 tonight. Would you do a full install? Why or why not? Also, should I install ToB right away or can I wait? What are the advantages or disadvantages to either course? Thanks ahead of time.

I always do a full install, as it makes the game run much quicker. If you've got space on your hard drive, then definately do a full install. You also never have to change disks.
As far as TOB goes, there is no harm in loading it before you start. Watcher's Keep (one part of TOB) can be completed before you actually finish Shadows of Amn, but the rest doesn't occur until after. I hope this helps. |

I'm with Aviendha on this. Do a full install and the load time is faster plus you'll only need the TOB disk when playing.
I also would recommend installing the respective patches for both games from the BioWare official site and then also get the Baldurdash Fixpack at http://members.rogers.com/mrkevvy/ or you can go to the Sorceror's Place http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/BG2/index_editors2.htm |
