Start with the most basic of basics, and as soon as you have Protection from Magical/normal weapons, you'll be ready for the harder stuff.
-Copper Coronet slaver quest and its follow-up. -Bring the poisened man to the docks district and the Xzar follow up. -Solve the skinner murders, Bridge district ( if you dont feel up to it, wait before chasing him downstairs, and do that at later lvl) -buried Tiridir at graveyard district -Paladin at graveyard district -Ghost at graveyard district (at night only) -Nalia's keep Once you've done nalia's keep, you'll probably be ready for the bigger quests. I suggest however, that you do either the Planar SPhere quest (slums) or the Haer-dalis quest (temple district sewers). -Planar sphere: good XP and nice items for mages, also their stronghold -Haer-dalis-quest: eventually boots of speed, these are a must Another notable quest is Trademeet (talk to a man in the Gate-area), here you'll be able to buy a few good scrolls, nice cloak, nice gridle, its a great little town, just be sure to check out the smithy once you've done all the quests, he has some nice mage-spells hope this helps a little P.s. For fun and some tips, read Elmonster's journal, its the journal of a solo-mage, who finished SoA and ToB. Dont have the link, but just search the forum-posts for it

Yeah, what daan said is a very good 'schedule'.
MINOR STRONGHOLD SPOILER * * * * * * * ' But I think you should do the Planar Sphere in the start, cause that's the mage stronghold. It's very wise to have that, you get alot of XP, plus a place where you can leave all your extra-items. see ya! |
