going hi-tech

can some one tell me how you turn a rouge, lord, monk o whatever into a engeneer or gatgeteer.

i have lost of gadgets and they are not that usefull to me.

i cant enter computer and things like that.

so, must i start a new game with at leat 1???

If the character you want to change to a gadgeteer qualifies for the class, you just change him on the next level-up. If he doesn't qualify, you'll want to pump the stats he's low in that will allow him to qualify as a gadgeteer.

Although I don't know why you'd have problems with computers...there's not that many places you can actually use the computers you see - the spaceport has two, Mt Gigas has a few (depending on which quests you carry out), as does Marten's Bluff (also depending on which quests you do). Offhand, those are the only ones I recall but I could have missed a couple. Anyway, to use those, you just have to have the right special item - no gadgeteer required.

Just get Madras the Trynnie in Trynton and save yourself from making a mistake of converting a Bishop into a Gadgeteer.. Besides, if you change class in their 10s, you might have to wait 5 levels more or longer to make your gadgeteer usefull to you.. and by that time, you might be on your way to gameover....
