Once again I know that there is already a thread on this topic but my answer is not to be found within from what I can see so just a simple question...Where is Oberons Estate?

Actually Baggins if you read carefully they repeat several times the location of Oberons Estate. It is in the top center of the map just south of the Duchal palace.
