In the Barracks in Nashkel, one of the chests won't open. It's at the foot of the bed against the right wall, closest to you, and you can't open it with Knock, or Bashing w/ Cloud Strength or Lockpicking. It says the "This mechanism doesn't have a conventionasl lock..."

The locks that come with that message usually has to be opened with a quest key or for example doors can be opened with levers and such.

This is a total guess, but might it have to do with Brage. Maybe if you return him to the guards in Nashkel instead of to the temple this is where you get your reward, maybe.
