It's weird how there's *still* power rangers. I didn't think they were even that big any more.

Sucks about the tires, LZ. $85 for one tire? Yeesh...

It's not "any more", Sir G, but "Again". They've been reinvented as Power Rangers SPD... and yeah, my son is into them.

Lousy news about the tire, LZ. Didja call the cops to investigate, or say forget about it?

If you want help, I'll hold 'em down for you to beat on when you find out who it was...

Gee, thanks... we didn't know the movie existed yet, to my knowledge, and now I know that somewhere in my future, I'll have to sit through it... multiple times.

Sometimes, ignorance really is bliss...

I had a full on egg bomb fight with some older kids, and boy did we make em soak and stink like rotten egg at the end lol. I was unfortunate enough to be corked right on the cheek with an egg, but i didn't get any yolk on me. I did get hit a few other times too.. I sconned 7 people, 4 in the chest, 2 in the limb areas and once in the head (yeah!). That's my story..

Morphin? I guess they mean morphing but isn't that also a drug?

btw, here we only got a few. Some 2 days too early and some the day after. (no accurate hits).
I expect maybe 1 or 2 until the 5th since in Sweden we have a "All saints day", wich is completely different from Halloween, but some poeple have got it wrong and think its the same. (I suspect Donald Duck (the comics) since they translated (or translates) "Halloween" into "All saints day")
We hadn´t any candy to give them so we pretended that there were no one home (me and my bro, alone).
Instead i played Half-Life 2 and the mod Garry's mod. Wich in the latter i got onto a server where we built a spooky house.

And all for a holiday that is not celebrated the way it should be anymore. I.e., the frikken mothers trick-or-treating now, the plethora of kids that don't dress up at all anymore, or even say "trick or treat!" when you open the door, they just stand there with their bags held out. Now, I'm gonna get vandalism cause I maybe I didn't hear the door one time, or turned the lights off too early, or something?

They will be lucky I don't stand on my porch next year and scream obscenities at them all with a camera in my hand filming them ALL! Or maybe a shotgun.... LOL, yes I'm kinda bitter about it all right now.
I think I'd like a pic or two if you do that, LZ! Oh and a video or at least audio of the commentary you give! ROTFL! And we'd probably see you on the evening news! HAHAHA! But I sympathize on the whole thing, for sure. OUCH! That's a lot of money for a tire, especially one that was perfectly ok til someone purposely damaged it...grrrr! I will never understand what they get out of doing stuff like that. It's so stupid.

Drakilor, it's morphing, like changing shape that they mean, I believe. They 'morph' (transform) into the power rangers of the moment (space, dinosaur and whatever else there is out there! LOL) from street-clothed teens teens.

Morphine is one of the more potent (and habit-forming) pain-relieving drugs out there...hence, why they only use it in extreme cases (like administering it to gunshot victims while en route to the hospital).

All the talk of videogaming reminds me of what WOW did, adding jack-o-lanterns all over the place and candy, and bobbing for apples...nice touch, that. Now, if only some game I actually play had that...

It was my first chance to take my little girl trick or treating (other than carrying her around last year as a one year old) and it was awesome. She dressed up as Raggedy Ann. Partially because of all the undressed up people, folks were dumping candy into her basket. We were out way past her bedtime, running up and down the streets to get more candy. For some reason, it completely brought out the kid in me again. It's now my favorite holiday (but that may change come X-Mas). (And yes, I know this is off topic, but it IS a Halloween thread, and I felt like sharing...)
