Sparkitus, the web site is available again. 150m.com keeps deleting my account even though the site is perfectly within their terms of use, and they have never replied to any of my e-mail enquires as to why (happened four times now, grrrr).

I'm relieved to announce that the web site is finally back up and running again. Apologies to anyone who tried to visit the site over the last week, there has been some confusion over the interpretation of the web service’s Terms of Service, which appears to have been resolved now (still holding out on giving me a direct response at this time, but wasted enough time on this as it is).

The URL is still http://www.wiz8.150m.com where you can download the latest version of the Wiz8SpellAbility spreadsheet. I’ve also added quite a bit more spell information, like how availability is calculated, and spell lists shown in various ways. Expansion to the web site may occur later. Feedback is always welcome.

It's not there again. Dang it, I had downloaded it, then accidentally erased it. How about a different free web site, since these guys apparently don't leave it up for more than 5 minutes.

Un-"trucking"-beliveable! Less than 48 hours later, it seems they've changed their minds, and again without so much as an e-mail to advise why the web site has been removed.

Rhea, I'm feeling a little despondent about this at the moment, I mean bloody hell, all I'm trying to do here is help people out with something I developed primarily for myself that I found so useful, I wanted to share it with fellow fans. (awful lot of "I"'s in that, but hopefully you understand the meaning behind it).

This service provider (cough cough) was the only one I am aware of. If someone could make a recommendation of a site which provides free web space (don't need much), allowing easy file updating etc, that they've had success with in the past, drop me an e-mail (wizardry8@mail.com).

Preliminary work has started on v1.04 so I might go and work on that for awhile (do something productive instead of dealing with unfair web site deleting service providers ).

Oh, and not really in the mood but, Happy St. Valentines day everyone!! :x

This web service provider isn't as good at the first one, who provided stats on number of site hits and daily visitor counts etc which was way cool caz' I could see how many downloads I was getting (would get up to 50-60 a day when a new version was released [img]redface.gif[/img] ). It's been fabulous, getting e-mails from Wiz8 fans all over the world.

Working on a futher update (details can be found on the web site), which will basically then highlight what spells you _can_ learn (ie, enough skill points), but haven't. Be very useful when visiting a merchant as you'll be able to quickly see what spellbooks you need.
