I also found my self running about with about one clip left hoping to good to find bullets before zombies. They were a little to hard to kill, even with head-shots. Still as a whole i really enjoyed, but as with half-life i prefered fighting the human enemies.

How did you find the Ubersoldat? I always thought he was easily the toughest enemy in the entire game!

I didn't quite like this game. Some of the places are too dark for me to see the enemy. And umm...Need I to say that ZOmbies are very hard to kill?

Turn up your gamma if you cant see, and use the sten on the zombies until you get the flame thrower. Zombies will die after being even touched by the flamer, so its much more ammo-efficient on them.

The first time I fought one of those I had a very hard time surviving. In the end I think I lured him to an armed dynymite thingie..

OHH!! I almost forgot! That Flamethrower! Have you ever seen better graphics?

Keeping your distance against Zombies and using the mauser to shoot them in the head, legs, or any other various body parts other than their shields has usually been enough for me. One burst of the mp40 is enough usually to explode the blue skull throwing zombies too. The flame thrower works incredibly well against undead, but ammo for it is a little more rare so I'd tend to only use it in short bursts. I've only played it on "Bring Em on". I was never death incarnate when it came to the original Wolfenstein either.

I don't think I ever had much trouble with conserving ammunition, which I'm always conscious of, so never was I stuck with only the knife. Its actually a very effective weapon to take out enemies from behind with, which is another nice feature.

I play slowly and quick save regularly, so I never had any problems with the dungeon like elements of the crypts either. Admittedly I did get squashed by spiked doors a couple of times, but that would either just make me jump or laugh the first time and incense me to try again. The misty areas are very lovely indeed, especially on the second last mission.

Regarding the Ubersoldat, my method was desperate but effective. I'd jump down and flee to the right behind the screen area after the dr's speech. There, I would move in opposition to the direction the creature would move, strafe shooting panzer fausts, then run back behind the screen and run up the other way to throw a few grenades to lure him in the direction I want (to get the helmet/health powerups availble) before fleeing back to the other side to strafe shoot with the Venom.
Its a bit on the 'police squad' side, but it worked.

Loved the RTCWolf.

Shooting the zombies is a waste of ammo. like mentioned use the flame thrower first and one shot will shatter them. The orcs are bulet proof unless they are moving. It is a waste of ammo to shoot unless their shields are raised (flame thrower works on them too).

The graphics are way cool. The AI is good enough though not as good as rainbow six "ravenshield" or some others.

Top game
