Yah it's part of the city interior/tavern tileset. It's not a placeable though so I mean, a good bar placeable is still needed. You will find this under shop 1 x 2 in the tileset features & groups, here some stools have been placed and it looks just like a bar but you can also use it for stores. Hope this is what you're looking for and hey, it beats stacking up tables! I took a screenshot for you.

What I'd like to see is better access to spellbooks. Some way to script regaining all your spells, all spells of a level, a particular spell, a check to see what's memorised, that sort of thing.
