true true

and imprisonment (lvl 9 spell) is virtually impossible to defend yourself especially from kangaxx.

Well since it seems you're not going to try it now ...

It would've applied permanent Wild Magic to your character (as a note of my regard on this kind of topic ). In my defense, it was still the 1st when I posted that

Really wasn't that difficult to figure out -- I opened IEEP quickly and created a spell with the WM effect, then opened it in Infinity Explorer to get the hex code of the attribute.

That is so evil... I like it

Imprisonment can easily be protected against. Spell immunity will do it, as will either berserk or rage, i forget which one. Possibly a few of the other spell protections might work, maybe spell trap.

so that means every time kangaxx cast imprisonment on you, he get a wild magic surprise? is that how it works?

No, the character afflicted would have his spell castings always result in a Wild Surge and produce a random result. (That's the reason I said I 'think' ToB is required )

I'd wish you luck going against Kangaxx with that You might be able to change his sex by chance, LoL.

If it's wild surges, then you'd need ToB.

So can you make Kangaxx only have wild surges? Or is that what you're saying.

Well, aren't there Wild Surge areas in ToB? It's been a while since I've played through it -- so if you wanted it to be fair you might be able to change the Kangaxx tomb to have this effect. Really would be an interesting battle.

I'll look at it once I get back home.
