Tashia can be somewhat touchy to role play with. All other recruitable NPC’s all but force their way into your party but with her you have to actually work and lead the conversation around to the right set of options to get her so save before you try to recruit her. I prefer Tashia to Kelsy for the simple reason that she seems better integrated into the game system, her soundest doesn’t slow the animation like Kelsey’s sometimes does. Tashia does not like low reputation or evil people so beware.

Tashia comes with some basic equipment the most interesting of which is a figurine that summons a spiritual tiger/leopard/large cat who fights rather well.
She does have a few annoying features, first among them is the large collection of riddles.
She is romanceble but I have never quite mastered the conversational minefield that constitutes her romance.

...eh? This is news to me. And doesn't really make any sense because a 22 KHz WAV file is the same no matter whether it comes from Kelsey or Tashia.

And considering that Kelsey actually does a lot more of the "Bioware NPC hallmarks" and his soundset isn't cobbled together from multiple sources I'm a little surprised you find her "better integrated." While to a certain extent it's a matter of taste, there are some things Kelsey does that she does not that I consider part of "the game system."

And he's NG.
