I wish I had your kind of weather... were stuck around 20-23C here (75-80 farenheit?). Nice, but a little chilly when a breeze comes up.

LOL, sheesh Johnny!

Wow I'm outta $670 today to tune up and maintenance my car, and I still need more work on it. Joy!

At least I can drive it again and not worry about a belt snapping. I'm screwed apprently re my windows, they don't sell the window motor for my car anymore, discontinued. Doh!

Ick! I feel ya on the car troubles, Ladyzekke! I am STILL in the process of ironworking to earn money to put the LeBaron on the road.

To be honest, I'm probably more likely to have to settle for a moped.

Oh, and shoot yeah, it's hot! HOT HOT! 96 degrees Fahrenheit today. I sweated out EVERY bit of salt and water that I consumed today, I am sure.

Work sucks like that.

Oh well, at least reality hasn't set in yet! I get to go back to school this coming month!

At least I have had plenty of opportunities to roleplay, and have met a nice girl (not listed in any particular order).

Have you tried salvage yards? I guess the better question is is the window stuck up, or down? Depending on the year make of your vehichle, you may be able to pick one up relatively cheap. Installing them is kinda fun, though. I think the last shop I worked at charged like $45 to get into the door panels. It's not like changing spark plugs, to be sure.

Yeah searching about at Junkyards might help me find the part. I'll have to research. My car though is a good one re longevity, so I can see them not yet being in junkyards, like mine hasn't been yet. Sigh... And yeah I know, if I do find the part I'll probably pay big time having it installed. Sigh...

I figure I reckon I need to focus on saving up to maintenance up my AC instead. Seems the best choice given the circumstances...?

Some salvage places keep an inventory and you can just call them and some make you search through things for what you want. Maybe they'd have one, LZ, but from what you told me, it's probably gonna be really expensive to get the motor installed. I guess it might be good to focus on the ac for now unless you really want to roll down those windows!

Howdy all! I'm sooooooooo tired today. Helped friends paint in their new house all day Saturday and ran around on errands all day Monday. Had to take my car in to the shop, speaking of cars and repairs! A piece of the carpet in the front was coming out from under the door edging but after leaving it all day I still have to go back another time because they had to order parts! At least I got an estimate on fixing the scratched paint on the bumper....now I have to find time to get to the insurance agent.... Someone declare a month long holiday, quick!
