Telvanni quests

The first Telvanni quest where you have to find a guy near Gnisis and ask him some questions..... Where in Oblivion is he? They all say: "Northwest of town in a guard tower" But I've searched everywhere for him and I can't find him

Where is he?

You find him in Arvs-Drelen in Gnisis it`s a cave like entrance i think if i dont remeber wrong and the house is hunted with some monster as well! Only walk Northwest of town and you find it!
If the name of the guy is Master Baladas!

But that is not first quest in the Telvanni quest!

This is the first Televanni quest guy!
Master Aryon
You can start by talking with Master Aryon in Tel Vos (just West of Tel Mora). Aryon can be found in his chambers at the top of Tel Vos

You have to use "lavitate" to get up to the guy it`s in a tree like thingie outside the walls of the fort in tel Vos

Well, that was bloody f***ing annoying. Everyone tells me that "he lives in a watchtower!" And then his dwelling looks EXACTLY like all of the others in town!
