The Bard's Tale Party:

Brian the Fist, Human Lord
Samson, Lizardman Fighter
Marcus, Hobbit Rogue
El Cid, Human Bard
Omar, Gnome Bishop
Merlin, Elf Bishop

In keeping with the Bard's Tale magic system, Omar and Merlin will focus on one realm at a time. Omar will start with Divinity, while Merlin will start with Alchemy. The mages can "change class" after their "current" realm skill reaches 50 by starting to take points in another realm. Wizardry cannot be chosen until two other realms skills have reached 50.

Marcus and El Cid will be useful and powerful party members, unlike in The Bard's Tale.

Skara Brae is an old city. The crypts beneath The Temple of the Mad God are even older. Our party met their deaths in the baleful gaze of The Soul Sucker, lost deep in the ancient crypt. The Lich King has entrapped their souls with the help of his fell minion. Soulless now, the party is placed upon Grimpak's errand; however, their true mission is to seek the Chaos Moleri for their soul's keeper. Or could they become poweful enough to win their salvation back by force of will?

The Ultima IV Party:

Shamino, Human Ranger
Joanna, Human Gadgeteer
Mariah, Human Mage
Iolo, Human Bard
Dupre, Human Lord
Geoffrey, Human Fighter

The Codex of Ultimate Wisdom spoke of three powerful artifacts and a historic gathering in a place called Dominus. Reciting the ancient spells found in the Abyss, the heroes (minus the Avater who must remain in Britannia with Katrina to help rebuild Magincia) teleported across vast distances to appear on the shore near an ancient monastery. Their arrival seems to have coincided with the crash landing of some sort of air ship, and they are mistaken for the survivors.

They hope that, through attainment of the Ascension, they can truly embody the wisdom they found in The Codex.

Nice, Horpner, very nice. Good to see that old greats aren't forgotten. Interestingt development scheme in your Bard's party; keep us posted on that.
