Very cool read! I was really into this book, and blew through it in 3 sittings!

One question though (Spoiler below)

Did Meleguant put his live force in Galaeron before he died? I was kinda confused about that part.. or was it meant to me a 'you don't know yet' thing?

Way cool how Elm gets his butt stuck in a tree, haha, poor Elmy!

What book are you on now? I have that new book "The City of Ravens" -- read that one? I may start on that one next!

It's an excellent book, isn't it! I think that Troy Denning has really matured as a writer, and his knowledge of Forgotten Realms lore is excellent. You can tell that this series is going to be an epic.

I'm not sure about what happened with Melegaunt to tell you the truth. He definitely didn't switch bodies with Galaeron - but I think that the entire shadow magic concept will be explored in more detail in the second book (which I am eagerly awaiting!!).

Write a review of the City of Ravens when you finish! I haven't read it myself. I'm reading Masquerades by Kim Novak and Jeff Grubb (it's an older book I picked up at a secondhand bookshop). It's VERY good.

Sweet water and light laughter till next.

There has been alot of exploration of shadow magic recently. Very interesting new development.
L read a sample chapter yesterday of the Summoning. When I get the money, I will of course get it next, and add to all the other books I need to read.
