I'm sure I saw Heroes on at 8pm ATL time last week. Now, I don't see it 'til 10pm? Wonder when we're gonna see Jessica/?? again?

Episode 2 just finished.
Interesting twist in the Hiro storyline. Anyone else think Peter changed a lot physically? He used to be a dreamer nerdy kind of guy, not he's tanned, muscular, and his hair is different. He also picked up a new power apparently. I wonder who he could have gotten it from. Maybe his mother, or maybe Hiro's father.

Which new power?
The only ones he's manafested in tonights episode, telekinesis (I think through Sylar, but I could be wrong on that), electromagnetic discharge (courtesy of the dead radioactive guy), the ability to pass through things (via DL), and super strength (DL's girl/ Jessica). It'll be interesting to see where Hiro's story goes. Kensai was among the first to manafest powers? with regeneration? Claire's not so special anymore. Maybe he's claire's distant relative or something? Hatian broke off from the company, Suresh try's to bring him back (unknowingly), but botched the job because he didn't recognise the hatian (did he ever meet him?) and let too much info slip. Surprise Claire can regen appendages, and now Peter Pan (West) knows about it. I don't think he's evil, or with the company, but I've been surprised before. Still the Battle of the Twelve Swords was pretty nice.

It may be so that viewers overseas don't spoil it for people further down the line, but I could be wrong.

I'm talking about the power he used last episode while in the container.

Ahh, that was the EM burst. A cleaner version of nuclear boys powers. He started developing towards the end of season one before Sylar ripped his skull open.
"Burn brighter, not hotter." I think was how he was told to do it. Claire's Dad told him that when they were breaking out of the "company" compound.

Ehm, no. It has been specifically stated by the creators that the electrokinesis is a new power.

I was a little disappointed with last nights' episode. There were 2 spots that were poorly edited. One was when Claire's mom was holding her ring in the left hand. Then the camera panned back and it was in her right.
The second was with the Mexican girl. Her brother was healing her and black tears disappeared. Then the camera panned back and they were there again. Then it came back in and they were gone again. It also seems like Claire "does" experience pain. I don't think she can so easily put her hand in boiling water, burn herself and cut off limbs. Self-preservation kicks in. I think Suresh knew exactly what he was doing witht the Hatian...

Guys, I thought that Nathan's new power came from the comic in-between story of when Nathan broke Jessica out of that jail...there was a guy there that had electro-powers I thought. There was a guy there with speed, too.
I was figuring that somewhere after he did that is when somebody locked him up because they could not kill him. I wish he'd hurry up and remember all the things he can do. I agree, this episode was less...sitting on the edge of your seat...kinda show. I was really frustrated with Claire who should know better than to blab her mouth in public when she was whining to her dad about concealing her powers. She's young, but not stupid. I think she's being portrayed wrongly at the moment. She's not 10.

Anyway the EM Burst was from last season and that's what it appeared to be, at least from what I saw. And the EM Burst DID come from the dude with the nuclear powers which he found he could do when he and Claire's "father" broke out of the facility. I don't bother with any online comic strips. Seeing as whatever happens there is not mentioned in the show I have to treat it like a side story line that has no real impact on the show. (on this one I could be genuinely off base since I've never read the comic strip to make the comparison myself) I could be wrong, but I wouldn't be a typical guy if I'd say I was without overwhelming proof and more than someone elses sayso. I mean it's not huge, but I do have a bit of an ego.
