Hi its my first time whit an Mage and i got an familiar but all he talks about is food.... so is there any food and what diffrens does it make?

The talk is just that, talk. Do not worry, your familiar will not die from starvation. Their purpose in the game is to add a bit of fun for Mage players. Most people just cast them and proceed to stuff them in their backpacks... forever.

Nope. I remmeber somebody asked about this before because there familar kept asking for apples or something. But there is no food in the game for your familars.

If you want to roleplay, just have a Ranger or Druid cast Good Berries and stuff them in your backpack with your Familiar--if he's hungry, he'll eat.

My cat familiar asks for food, and I can choose to 'feed him' and then I 'dig through my pack for food and give them to him' [img]smile.gif[/img]

Ok I'm done being impressed. Yep when it all comes down to it, your familiars are only pretending to want food, because they know the fact that you can't get your hands on any will drive you crazy.
