i was just wondering what are all the strongholds, who gets them, what can you do with, and how do you get them? and we can give opinions of which ones the best

Let me see, the strongholds I know are as follows:

Fighter/monk/barbarian(?)...The DeArnise keep, you get to run the keep, and get different problems you have to solve. How you solve them is up to you. You can use a humanist or a draconian approach. I would rate this as good.

Mage/sorceror...The Planar Sphere...I am not sure what the quests are in this one, but you get some apprentices, and I have been told it is very cool

Ranger - Protector of Umar Hills, you get a log cabin(oh joy), and some quests which I have been told are ok.

Thief...Maevaars Guildhall, this is to my information one of the coolest strongholds around. There is a chance to cash in and there is some cool quests there too.

Druid...You get to challenge for leadership of the druid grove up by Trademeet. Not sure about the quests.

Paladin....you get a room(yes, a ROOM) at the Order of the Most Radiant Hearts headquarters. There are some pretty cool quests. But the stronghold sucks.

Cleric...you get a temple...Depending on your alignment. Supposed to be cool.

I am sorry, I don't have all the detailed information. Maybe others can help you out more.

what about a fighter\mage\theif?do you get all those strong holds?

I don't think so I believe you can only choose only one stronghold. If you picked the sphere you probaly won't have access to any other strongholds.

No, u only get to pick one, like if u pick the De'Arnise keep, u can't get the Sphere or the Guild, if u get the Sphere, say bye bye to the Keep and Guild... and so on.

My favourite stronghold is the Bard's stronghold.

The theatre under the Five Flagon's Inn. 1000 gold a week, and the quests are super fun to do! You get to act.

It is cool, but that apprentice thing is a bit tricky - you cannot use it at full gain.

Actually, there is a bug that allows you to pick sphere or guild, then hold, so, you have two strongholds.

There's an ease-of-use pack at Weimar's website that has multiple strongholds in it...it might be on Baldurdash as well...I'll go and check.

I hate being a mage, the sphere sucks! i wish i was a theif and a fighter so then i get the Shadow Thieves and that city. Wait a minute this has given me an idea....
