So, this is my 7th week as a useless layabout... that is being unemployed and I'm simply going insane, I have almost rented every single tape at the local videostore, played Icewind Dale through... twice. Written 2 short stories (which kind of sucked so I deleted them, felt very good
![]() So I was thinking as I pretend to be pretty good at making computergraphics and put up simple websites, if any of you needed that kind of service, please email me at johanngg@simnet.is For example: Sig pictures Logos Websites (not database driven) Interfaces (For websites, cd's, Games, I can do it in Flash, Director, Dreamweaver or Photoshop) Cd covers Wallpapers Banner ads I'll of course do it for free (special Ironworks offer... ). Thanks very much and if this is inappropriate then I'll remove the thread of course, I'm just very bored |

Sorry to hear you're bored there. I would kill to be able to do nothing for 7 weeks. Pure bliss!
Have fun. And do me a favor? Sleep in extra late for me tomorrow. Thanks.

Where do you live? What do you do? Why don't you go find one?

why not try something at interplay? If you are a little creative and good with computers you could always try that. Perhaps you'll be the next programmer of the future rpg's

a stable job and travelling are definitely not compatible. ![]()

I'm in the same boat as you JC and it's not too flash, there are jobs available, but I don't fancy working as a checkout supervisor in a supermarket or shift manager at Burger King =p
I've just applied as a Snowboard Technician at a local Ski Shop so hopefully get that or the other position they are hiring for (Sales) There's also one going for Rebel Sports (a sporting goods store) where I would be selling, golfing, tramping and fishing equipment but definately wouldn't enjoy that as much as the boarding one ![]() Good luck on your end and just know that you'll get the job you want (Hopefully sooner than later ) EDIT: Hey, you could always become a reseller of dehydrated water - it's the worlds largest untapped resource don't ya know ![]() ![]() [ 04-18-2002, 10:35 PM: Message edited by: Downunda ]
