Kivan wants one. Is this a spoiler as he says it _repeatedly_ to you? Oh well, just playing it safe. He wants you to give it to Ormly in the temple east of Beregost, and will leave if you don't do it fast enough. But thats the only use I found for them.

Coran wants you to give one to Beregost Mayor, who is tanding inside the Temple on the Temple map. the mayor gives you 2K for it. Coran is an awesome NPC - 3 stars in Bow.
