Oh man, I LOVED PoP! I rented it, and actually kept it for 2 weeks and beat it! It takes off REALLY well, and once you master the moves and stuff, it's really a fun (but kinda short) game!! Stick with it mate, it's a good game!!

PS: I JUST read your email about buying a game for ya, PM me if you still want to do this!! Sorry I didnt check my email earlier--it's so damn full of spam these days.

PS/2 has a number of great games, depending on what you like.

The Gran Turismo series is the bar-setter of the industry for racing games.

If you like arcade games, it's hard to go wrong with Tony Hawk.

For fighting games, Gladius is great. Apparently, Lucas Art's biggest game to date. (An assertion I believe, given what I've seen - Also available on Xbox and GC)

Yeh I agree with Tony Hawks and Gran Turismo, both very good series's.

Id recommend you
1.GTA:Vice City, pure clasic, a real must have
2.RotK, you gotta love it even though it is very annoying
3.James Bond:Nightfire, I love the game for stealthy missions
4.Timesplitters 2, a great game and a good challenge on hard.
5. (if you like football/manager games) Fifa 2004 and Total Club Manager 2004, that way you can manage your team and play your matches.

I cant think of any more right now, even though I have quite a few, so theres some for starters, theyl keep you going!

I haven't played a great variety of PS2 stuff, but recently I went halves in a game with a friend. So if you're a fan of the Thief series on PC, you might want to try the Tenchu Trilogy, in particular for your Ps2 - Tenchu III: The Wrath of Heaven. Its probably the most spectacular audio and visual fest that I've experienced on that console yet, and we're only about half way through it between us so far!
I consider this series to be the natural successor in atmosphere to the classic Last Ninja series, released on the ol' C64.

Other than that, why not try stuff like Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance?

How about RPGs like Final Fantasy X and X-2. .Hack Series is quite good too. Or even Xenosaga series.

Or do you like Horror games? Fatal Frame 2 is excellent. Silent Hill series is good and Resident Evil series is okay.

Well, Hen... * cough * is well uhh..I better not talk about that.
