Ok, don't worry about spoilers, I've already beat the game, but have a few things left to discover. ...Where do you get level 9 mage scrolls?! Yes, character is mage. (found time stop on dragon at end, but that's about it)

i bought most of mine in shops, such as the shop in sharadush where you recover that guys spell book.

You can get Time stop is Suldenessalar, spell trap off a cowled wizard when casting in a city, meteor swarm somewhere in suldeneslar, and the rest are in the Adventure mart secret stock in chapter 6 and 7.

lol, that DOES sound kinda stuipid...
 Buy them from stors mostly... I don't use much magical might, but you can buy from Saradush store in ToB...
