Possible Heraldy/Class Bug

I am looking for a way to get my Ranger Lord Class started. My stats are in the 80s and my Heroism stat is at 70. I have completed the Hunter class requirements and have full status in that class. However, both Guild of Mystery locations (Skuldoon, Fargrove) will not allow me to quest for the Ranger Lord Class.

What the heck is goin on here? I have a few thoughts with this issue but the most likely one is that all my Heraldry slots are filled up. Since "Ranger Lord" comes with special heraldry, does this restrict my character from completing this tier 3 class or am I just SOL? Any ideas or thoughts are welcome.

Hi Paulinator!!

I don't have an answer for you - I tried to use google to see if I might find others reporting this same problem and half of the links that showed up were in German and my German is extremely rusty.

I would not be surprised if there is a problem with the Heraldry slots - there was sort of a similar problem in W&W with the skill slots - could be that they've made a similar mistake in the programming again.

I hope someone who has a real idea what the problem is and how it might be solved shows up soon!

Thanks for posting your reply Wyv. In fact, I have noticed you make an effort to reply to all my inquires. I will try google of course. I'll keep my eyes open for any posts as well on other boards.

If you do find out what it going on, do let us know!!

I find that in DLs I feel less confident about which path to take with a character than I felt in W&W. Maybe it was because I had a party of characters in W&W so I could be going in several different career directions at once and know that all the bases were still covered.

Sometimes I feel like there are just too many places to put your points too. I'm sure that in the long run it works out fine but I hate dithering about where to put my points! lol!!!

Hope to find some time to play soon now that the latest patch is out. I've got that installed but haven't had a chance to try it yet.

Just to add some more fuel to the fire... last night Dina completed her ascension to war witch and picked up her 10th (and final, per display) heraldry. When she then saved the sensei, she was awarded another heraldry which doesn't show. So it appears that you can have more than ten heraldries with your character...

'Course, I haven't been able to tell if they really do anything. Radek, are you playing DL yet?
