I pulled this from Gamespot:
Quest Giver : Ernil Omoran (dead body south of Caldera) Task : Take the note and Skooma Pipe on his body to Tsiya Solution : Tsiya is in Balmora, not Caldera, inside a locked residence. Ask her about "someone in particular" and she'll prompt you for the note, and then "something else" (the Skooma Pipe). As a reward, you'll get 50 gold and 10 parts of moon Sugar. In general if you want to know if someone is useful for something do a Yahoo search and possibly include the word Morrowind. |
